Burleson Water Bill Login, Quick Pay and Account Setup
The official payment site has two useful routes: Quick Pay for a one-time payment and Sign In/Register for account management, e-Billing, multi-account access, and bill viewing.
Quick Pay
No login. Use account number. Best for one-time payment.
Sign in / register
View details, manage single or multiple accounts, multi-bill pay, and e-Billing.
April 2024+ bills
Create a new account using account number and customer ID from the updated bill.
Older bills
Bills from March 2024 and earlier use the prior paymybill login route.
Open the official portal
Use City of Burleson Payment Site. It is the official Municipal Online Payments utility page.
Choose Quick Pay or Sign In
Quick Pay is for simple payment. Sign In/Register is better when you need e-Billing, account history, multi-account management, or recurring access.
Use the exact account details
For newer bills, use both the account number and customer ID from the updated bill. A Municipal Court online-payment login may also work if you previously created one.
Save proof
Before closing the page, save confirmation number, payment amount, date/time, card type or eCheck, and screenshot/receipt.
Nonpayment shutoff rule on portal: the Burleson payment site says if water is off for nonpayment, electronic checks are not accepted. Use the credit/debit card option and contact Utility Customer Service if service restoration is urgent.
Payment Options, Fees and Posting Risks
| Payment method | Official detail | Best for | Risk / reminder |

| City of Burleson Utility Customer Service, 135 W Ellison St, Ste 109, Burleson, TX 76028. | Normal bill with enough time before due date. | Not ideal near service-loss deadline. | |
| Drive-up dropbox | 100 S Warren St, parking lot west of City Hall. | After-hours check/money-order drop. | Cash is not accepted. |
| Financial institution bill pay | Contact your bank; city says these payments typically take 5-7 business days to receive. | Routine recurring bank bill-pay users. | Too slow for cutoff, late fee, or same-week due date issues. |
Due Date, Late Fee and Service-Loss Timeline
Due rule
Bills are due upon receipt and should be paid within 20 days of the bill date to avoid penalty.
Late fee
Utility Customer Service lists a 10% late fee on bills not paid by the due date listed on the statement.
Service-loss risk
The city FAQ says an additional 10 days are given to make payment with a late fee before loss of service will occur.
Due date cannot be changed: Burleson says the due date is determined by the service address. Ask what amount and payment method protects service today instead of asking to move the due date.
